  1. AlMadinah AlMunawwarah

    Foundation since the 1970
    Manazeli Hotels, Resorts, and Suites Company was established in the year 1395 AH (1975 AD) in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, under the leadership of the founder, the late Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Nazer. The first cornerstone of this group was laid with "Qasr Al-Khair Hotel" under the slogan "Cleanliness and Hospitality," managed by Mrs. Aziza bint Zain Al-Abidin Al-Sobban, may Allah protect her Co-Founder. The company began its operations in the field of hotel and resort management in the Al-Anabiyah area of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, under the name "Qasr Al-Khair Hotel," which had 47 rooms accommodating a total of 142 guests, served by 10 employees. This became the true nucleus of the company, which evolved into a leading entity in the hospitality sector under the name Manazeli.
  2. Evolution

    Second Generation 1421 AH – 1999 AD
    Manazeli has been and continues to follow the path of development, looking towards future horizons, thanks to the efforts of its late founder, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Nazir, at Qasr Al-Khair Hotel. With the leadership of the second generation of management, the stages of evolution began when the founder's sons took over the company's management, preserving this entity and sparing no effort to enhance and develop it in the year 1421 AH – 1999 AD.

  3. Expansion

    Manazeli Hotel 1425 AH – 2004 AD
    The company's management efforts remained continuous, leading to a transformation from "Qasr Al-Khair" to "Manazeli Hotel" under the same slogan of "Cleanliness and Hospitality." Thanks to the scientific methodology and long-term plans of the management, the evolution continued from Manazeli Hotel to Manazeli Hotels and Resorts Company in the year 1427 AH – 2006 AD. The company started with a single hotel comprising 47 rooms, and it expanded to a group of hotels, resorts, and hotel suites in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Makkah, Yanbu, and Jeddah, totaling 12 hotels with 3,660 rooms and 1,100 employees dedicated to serving its guests.
  4. Expansion of the Noble Prophet's Mosque

    1434 AH – 2012 AD
    After the decision to remove buildings in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah for the expansion of the Noble Prophet's Mosque, six hotels of the company were also removed. Because our determination matches our ambitions, and alongside the systematic studies and plans in crisis management, the company's management remained steadfast in order to continue the company's journey and convey its mission. They ensured to follow the set course to elevate the company, and for this purpose, all resources were dedicated to training its staff to enhance the quality of its services, satisfying customers after pleasing Allah Almighty.
  5. Global Partnership - Malaysian Holiday Villa Company

    1435 AH – 2013 AD
    The message set forth by the current Board of Directors is to elevate the company from a local entity to a global one, through infusing Arab authenticity into our distinctive services that set us apart. This led to a collaboration partnership with the Malaysian Holiday Villa Company to manage the largest hotels in the Kingdom. The Holiday Villa Madinah Hotel marks the beginning of this joint cooperation with this global company, in addition to Holiday Villa Makkah and Holiday Villa Hail. The company expanded into several regions of the Kingdom, with systematic studies and plans in place since its inception, looking toward the future. The management continued to follow a scientific methodology in line with the rapid progress that swept across the nation, thanks to our wise government and the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The company remained tirelessly dedicated to receiving delegations from all corners of the Islamic world, and the marketing team traveled the world to introduce the company and its services.
  6. The Sanoubra Hotels and Resorts Group

    1438 AH – 2017 AD
    The Sanoubra Hospitality Group was established in the year 2017 as part of the Manazeli Investment Group. It specializes in providing luxurious tourist hospitality services through a series of hotels and upscale suites. This is achieved by means of several investment projects that combine an Arabian touch with European elegance. Its projects have rapidly become tangible achievements that invoke pride and esteem, and they are represented by:

  7. Sanoubra Restaurants and Cafes Company Established in 2017 AD

    1439 AH – 2018 AD
    Recognizing the significance of restaurant activities and their integration with hotel and tourist hospitality services, the founders took the initiative to establish this specialized company for the establishment, management, and operation of restaurants and cafes. Their genuine motivation was to bring the best practices from this field abroad to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driven by their belief in playing a pioneering role in entrepreneurship to serve their country and align with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. They embarked on several global tours to explore the latest technologies in restaurant facilities, equipment, preparation and cooking machinery, as well as cleanliness and the latest customer service methods. This experience enabled them to start establishing a chain of international restaurants and cafes with high competitive capabilities, offering a luxurious dining experience comparable to its counterparts at the regional and global levels. The goal was for the company to become a local and regional leader in the establishment, management, and operation of restaurants and cafes, increasing long-term returns for stakeholders. This was achieved through carefully selected diverse brand identities we manage, with utmost attention to our customers and exceptional service.
